Make Your Own Army List

you can paint your chariots the same as your men
why did you disable the pictures?
exept use red ink over red gore.

First you need to find a place to spray your first models. I'd suggest you spray them in groups of about 5-8 men.

Once you have sprayed all 16 of the skeletons you need to pick up your paint and paintbrushes.

First pick up your drybrush and bestial brown paint and drybrush the brown over the black spray.

After this you should have a brown model with black left in the dents and crevices.

Next (after you have washed your drybrush) you need to use bleached bone do the same with this as you did with the brown. your skeletons should now start to be looking bone coloured.

Next are the bows and spears (not hand weapons yet!) Firstly you need to paint all of the areas that are going to be red, blood red. Then when this is dry paint on red gore. when this is has dried apply a wash of red ink.

Next is the hand weapons. The handles are painted red (as above). To paint the gold you first need to paint on mithril silver. Then paint on shining gold. After this apply a wash of flesh wash.

Shields (optional)

Paint the gold parts as above. The turquoise is 2 layers of hawk turquoise.

The wood on the back can be either:

1: Bestial brown with a wash of flesh wash

2: Chaos black drybrushed brown

To base the model simply paint the base snakebite leather and apply sand with PVA glue.

By now you will have a neat looking regiment of your first skeleton soldiers!!!

Now you need to get painting on the rest of your army.

Skeletons don't paint themselves you know!

(Or maybe they do!!!!!!!!)
